With the sale of Patric's apartment in Sweden, we wanted to invest the money. We tossed around the idea of the stock market and I just don't feel comfortable with it. I would not have mind just leaving the money in the bank to collect some interest, but Patric wanted to do something with it, and well...it was his money. We had been looking into a home up the street from where we live for awhile, but the price was too high. I told Patric that if the price came down to a certain level, that we would not even think about it, we would jump at the chance to snag it up. Seeing as we want to expand our family, we felt this was probably the best time to get a bigger house and well...the price dropped....so I had no room to fight Patric anymore about it. Seeing as the market is not very good right now, we have decided to rent our townhouse out. We even already have a renter lined up...so perhaps it was all meant to be.
This is our new home. The street where I took the picture is where we currently live...so you can see how close we have been to this house for awhile. It will be a lot of painting and hopefully just some minor things to fix up...but now we will have more space for people who want to come visit (LIKE ALL PATRIC'S FAMILY IN SWEDEN!!!) We will have our first guest come at the end of June. Patric's nephew Erik is coming to visit for 3 weeks! I have never had a visitor that long and hope that he is not totally bored with me by the end of the time here. We hope to take him to the beach, DC, malls etc.
Josh continues to get more and more personality. He is truly such a joy to have in my life! I have never been happier in my life then I am right now. Being married to Patric has had its ups and downs, but this is an extreme up right now. I am so happy to be married to him and to have a child with him.
Here are some updated pictures of mr. man.
This was after church. Church is during nap time, so he is pooped by the time we get home.
This was taken at Leesburg mall. I had the opportunity to meet up with some ladies that I am on a forum with. We even had one come down from Pennsylvania and one come up from North Carolina. It was such a good time and hopefully next time I will be able to stay longer and shop too!
Here are all the ladies that I met up with. They are all AWESOME!
We thought it would be fun to take a picture of the husbands that came with all of the kids. Lizzie's boy Jack was not too thrilled, so I had to take a picture!
Josh did not hide his personality while we were all together. He was ALL OVER the place. He is starting to dance more and walk in circles. It is hilarious and it totally cracks him up too. He is quite the comedian.
Josh crashed after the meet up in like 2.4 seconds. It was good he got a nap because we went straight to Patric's soccer game. It was a long day for mama.
Till next time...

Congrats on the new house! I'll have to visit next time I'm home. :)
Look at the kid on the far right where Patric is holding your kid in a line of kids. What is he hacking up? LOL!
